I was looking for a place to wait and have a meal while my daughter was at the Maverick library nearby. I saw this location and decided to try it out. I was greeted with smiles and was seated. They took my order quickly and the food came out fast. The chips and salsa was really good. I ordered the asada combo or #1 on the menu. The steak was really tasty. No it wasn't wagyu ribeye but was good enough to hit the spot especially at their price point. The location has a nice clean vibe. I might not go out my way to be back, but will definitely come back if I am in the area.
Marian was a wonderful waitress and food was out in an efficient time. I ate the enchiladas verdes it is a 10/10 here.
We've been eyeing this restaurant for some time since it took the location from one of my favorite Asian restaurants Spicy Ginger. Haven't had some breakfast tacos for some time now and I really wanted some good ones. Had this place saved to see how the reviews go and they looked amazing and the reviews were correct. I got a picadillo, chorizo and egg, and a carne guisada. They were all very flavorful! I think the star of the three personally is the picadillo. It had had a ton of flavor and I was simply impressed. The one issue I had is that they gave us two wrong tacos. We ordered a barbacoaand got a bean and cheese taco which is a cheaper taco. I understand mistakes happen and a call to the restaurant fixed the issue. If you happen to be around the area come check it out!
I was searching for something near me and this restaurant came up. I am glad I decided to give it a try. I tried the beef fajita special. The food was really good and the flour tortillas were homemade. They had several different salsas. I recommend the red and the habanero. This place did not disappoint.
Found this place on google maps and saw it’s pretty new to the area and decided to check them out, and boy was I blown away. I got 4 breakfast tacos, specifically: bean and cheese, barbacoa, country and egg, and chorizo and egg. All 4 tacos were incredibly good and stuffed full, I’ll definitely be back!
Not a bad place for Mexican food. Not a lot of sitting area, but didn't have to wait. Probably busier for breakfast. I had the chicken enchiladas, they were very delicious Would come back
This is a fantastic little gem nestled in an inconspicuous spot. My boyfriend and I stopped in for a late dinner. We were specifically looking for fajitas. Omg did they deliver! The food was fantastic and the home made salsa and hot sauces were delicious! The lemonade was as fresh as you can get and the horchata was perfect. The ladies working there were super nice and accommodating. We got an insane amount of food for the price. Absolutely going to be a must visit next time we are in town. I'm sending all my people in San Antonio there! Bonus: they have a drive through and great daily specials!
The food was delicious. I had the lunch special fajitas and my husband had the Texas plate. Maria served us and she was so friendly and fun to talk to... I totally recommend this place!!
